Cleaning services (excluding the kitchen), as well as bed linen and towels, are included only for short stays of 1 to 6 nights. These services are not included in weekly rates (minimum 7 nights) or spa guest stays (minimum 21 nights). *Pets are allowed. A supplement of EUR 5 per day applies (maximum 1 pet). *All accommodations are non-smoking. If a smell of tobacco is detected on the day of departure, the full security deposit will be charged. *On the day of departure, keys must be returned before 10:00 AM. Any delay will be charged EUR 25 per hour. Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival. This will be taken by credit card (pre-authorization). The deposit will be released 48 hours after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
